    Billing

FabHub billing is per seat (per user). Your plan determines how many sites and orders per year are included, plus feature access. You can choose monthly or yearly billing; yearly saves about 20%.

    Where to manage billing

    1. Sign in at fabhub.app.
    2. Open your account or billing section (from the user menu or dashboard).
    3. There you can:
      • View your current plan and usage
      • Upgrade or change plan
      • Update payment method
      • Download or view invoices

    What counts as usage

Billing is based on your subscription plan and number of seats. Limits (sites, orders per year) depend on the plan. Your current usage and limits are shown in the dashboard.

    Plans

    • Free — For evaluation. One user, core features (BOMs, inventory basics, documentation). No credit card required.
    • Standard — For individuals. Per-seat pricing. 1 site, 250 orders/year per seat, order and inventory management.
    • Professional — For small teams. Per-seat pricing. 4 sites, 1,000 orders/year per seat, barcode scanning, stats, multi-currency, role assignment, shipment tracking. (Shown as “Pro” in the app.)
    • Enterprise — For large organizations. Per-seat pricing. 10 sites, 2,000 orders/year per seat, integrations, custom permissions, dedicated support.

Details and current prices are on the Pricing page. You can pay monthly or yearly; yearly billing offers a lower effective monthly rate.

    Invoices and payment

    • Invoices are available in the billing area. You can download them for your records.
    • Payment is usually by card; Enterprise plans may use other methods.
    • If you have questions, contact support or use the help option in the dashboard.

    Changing your plan

    • Upgrades and more seats: When you move to a higher tier or add seats, charges are typically prorated for the remainder of your current billing period.
    • Downgrades and fewer seats: When you move to a lower tier or reduce seats, the change usually takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You keep your current features until then.
    • Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.
