    Creating Your Account and Organization

    Use the Sign Up flow to create your FabHub account and set up your organization.

    Creating Your Account

    Signing Up

    Steps

    1. From the login screen, go to the sign-up page: Sign Up.
    2. You'll be taken to the Registration page.
    3. Enter the following details:
      • Name
      • Email
      • Password
      • Confirm Password
    4. Accept the Terms and Privacy policy.
    5. Click Continue.

    Note
    • The Continue button is enabled only when required fields are valid and terms are accepted.
    • You'll receive a verification email after submission.

    Verifying Your Email

    1. Open the verification email from FabHub.
    2. Click Activate Account.

    If the link is expired or invalid, an error message will appear with instructions to try again.

    If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder and make sure @fabhub.app messages are not blocked by your email provider.


    Create Your Organization

    After email verification, you'll be asked to create your organization.

    1. Enter:
      • Organization Name
      • Country/Location
    2. Click Create Organization.

    After you click Create Organization, your workspace is created and the app continues onboarding based on billing status and selected plan. The organization name and country you entered are saved for your tenant (country is used for billing and tax defaults).


    Setting Up Your Organization

    You can complete additional organization details in Settings when you are ready. If your plan includes guided onboarding, a multi-step flow may be available for legal and contact information.

    Step 1: Legal Information

    • Display Name
    • Workspace URL (optional custom slug)
    • Legal Name
    • Registration Number
    • VAT/TAX Number

    Step 2: Local Information

    • Country
    • Registered Address

    Step 3: Contact Information

    • Phone Number
    • Email Address
    • Website URL (Optional)

    Finishing Setup

    1. Click Finish Initial Setup to complete initial setup.
    2. Confirm when prompted.

    After completion, you'll continue to the dashboard.


    Organization Profile

    The Organization Profile will be available under Settings -> Organization -> Profile and can be edited further.


    Setup Users and Roles

    To set up Users and Roles, open Settings and go to Users.

    Required fields for creating a user can include:

    • Name
    • Site
    • Email
    • Role
    • Phone Number (Optional)
    • Team
    Note
    • Available role types and granular access control levels can vary by subscription plan. If you are on a lower tier, some advanced permissions may be unavailable.

    Access Privileges on Items, Stocks, Contacts, Sell, Make, Buy, Check, Fix and Settings per user can be allocated by the admin.

    The access privileges are as follows:

    • Full Access
    • View
    • Create
    • Edit
    • Delete

    Admin can Save and Deactivate the new user information.


    Setup Sites

    In this section, admins can update the sites or locations available to the organization.

    Fields required are:

    • Site Name
    • Legal Name
    • Address
    • Currency
    • Site Functions

    Once a location is created, the new entry will be listed under Settings -> Organization -> Locations.

    A multiple select function is also available for multiple deletion feature.

    Best practice
    • Complete email verification immediately to avoid delays in accessing your account and organization setup.
    • Use a work or company email address instead of personal email to ensure proper team access and ownership.
    • Choose a clear and consistent Organization Name, especially if you manage multiple entities or sites.
    • Fill out legal and contact information accurately during setup to avoid issues with future reporting, documentation, and integrations.
    • Set up your organization details early instead of skipping, so your system is ready for operational use.
    • When creating users, assign roles and access privileges carefully to maintain data security and avoid unauthorized changes.
    • Follow the principle of least access. Only give users the permissions they need.
    • Organize users by site and team to keep operations structured, especially for multi-location setups.
    • Create sites (locations) that reflect your actual operational structure such as warehouses, factories, or offices.
    • Use consistent naming for:
      • Sites
      • Teams
      • Roles
    • This helps maintain clarity as your organization grows.
    • Review and update user access and site configurations regularly as your team and operations evolve.
