Billing
FabHub billing is per seat (per user). Each paid seat includes one operational site, and the selected plan and billing cadence determine the order allowance and feature access. You can choose monthly or yearly billing; yearly saves about 20%. The Free plan is fixed at one seat and 15 orders per calendar year for the organization.
Where to manage billing
- Sign in at fabhub.app.
- Open Settings → Organization → Subscription.
- There you can:
- View your current plan and usage
- Upgrade or change plan
- Update payment method
- Download or view invoices
What counts as usage
Billing is based on your subscription plan and number of seats. Paid plans include one site per seat. Order limits follow the billing cadence: a monthly subscription receives a monthly allowance, while a yearly subscription receives a yearly allowance. Your current usage and limits are shown on the Subscription page.
Plans
- Free: For evaluation. One user, core features (BOMs, inventory basics, documentation). No credit card required.
- Standard: For individuals. Per-seat pricing. 1 site per seat; 25 orders/month or 250 orders/year per seat; order and inventory management.
- Professional: For small teams. Per-seat pricing. 1 site per seat; 100 orders/month or 1,000 orders/year per seat; barcode scanning, stats, multi-currency, role assignment, and shipment tracking. (Shown as “Pro” in the app.)
- Enterprise: For large organizations (5-seat minimum). Per-seat pricing. 1 site per seat; 200 orders/month or 2,000 orders/year per seat; integrations, custom permissions, and dedicated support.
Details and current prices are on the Pricing page. You can pay monthly or yearly; yearly billing offers a lower effective monthly rate.
Invoices and payment
- Invoices are available on the Subscription page. You can view them or open the hosted invoice to download it for your records.
- Manage Payment Method opens Stripe's hosted payment-method update flow. The billing-information edit control opens the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Customer-facing subscription payments use card payment methods.
- If you have questions, contact support or use the help option in the dashboard.
Changing your plan
- Upgrades and more seats: When you move to a higher tier or add seats, charges are typically prorated for the remainder of your current billing period.
- Downgrades and fewer seats: When you move to a lower tier or reduce seats, the change usually takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You keep your current features until then.
- Cancellation: The cancellation control is available only for paid subscriptions and schedules cancellation for the end of the current billing period. Free organizations have no paid subscription to cancel.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.
