1. Commitment to Accessibility
   FabHub is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply relevant accessibility standards across our website and product.
2. Conformance Status
   We aim for our website and Service to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We currently consider FabHub to be partially compliant: most surfaces meet the standard, with the known limitations listed below being actively worked on.
3. Known Limitations
   We are aware of, and are actively addressing, the following limitations: • Some complex interactions may require mouse input where keyboard equivalents are still being added. • Some dynamic content may not be fully announced by screen readers in all cases. • A small number of text/background pairs may fall below WCAG contrast thresholds in certain themes. • Some interactive elements may have insufficient focus indicators. If you encounter an accessibility barrier that is not on this list, please report it using the contact below.
4. Accessibility Features
   Across the FabHub product we provide: • Full keyboard navigation for all primary flows, with managed focus on dynamic content. • Semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and roles where appropriate. • Descriptive alt text on meaningful images and labels on every form input. • Text scaling up to 200% without loss of functionality. • Light and dark themes designed to meet color-contrast targets. • Responsive layouts that work across screen sizes.
5. Assistive Technologies Supported
   We test our most-used flows with the following assistive technologies: • Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack. • Screen magnifiers: ZoomText, Windows Magnifier, macOS Zoom. • Voice control: Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Windows Speech Recognition. • Standard keyboard-only navigation.
6. Feedback and Reporting Issues
   If you encounter an accessibility barrier on FabHub, please email support@fabhub.app with the subject line "Accessibility Issue". To help us reproduce and fix the issue quickly, please include: • The URL or feature where the issue occurred. • A short description of the barrier. • The assistive technology, browser, and operating system you were using. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If you need information from FabHub in an alternative accessible format, please contact us at the same address and we will work with you to provide it.
7. Standards and Legal Compliance
   We aim to comply with applicable accessibility laws and standards in the markets we serve, including: • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. • EN 301 549 (European harmonized accessibility standard). • European Accessibility Act (EAA), where applicable. • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, where applicable. • Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), where applicable.
8. Updates to This Statement
   We review this statement at least annually and after material accessibility changes to the product. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
