    Terms of Service

    Last updated: June 13, 2026

    1. Business and professional use
FabHub is provided for business and professional teams that manage inventory, manufacturing, fabrication, purchasing, quality, sales, and related operations. By using FabHub, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter these Terms and, when using FabHub for an organization, that you are authorized to bind that organization.
    2. Accounts, organizations, and seats
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, maintaining accurate organization information, and ensuring that invited users have appropriate roles. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for user access, seats, permissions, and activity performed under their organization.
    3. Service and customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit to FabHub. You grant FabHub the rights needed to host, process, secure, support, back up, and improve the Service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of data you upload or connect to the Service.
    4. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Paid plans, seats, billing periods, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and renewals are managed through FabHub and Stripe checkout or customer portal flows. Fees are charged according to the plan and billing period selected at checkout. You can cancel future renewal through the billing portal where available. Unless a mandatory law requires otherwise or FabHub states otherwise in writing, fees already charged are non-refundable and cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.
    5. Developer features
API keys, OAuth applications, webhooks, hosted MCP features, and similar developer tools must be used only for authorized organization workflows. You are responsible for protecting credentials, configuring scopes and redirect URLs correctly, rotating exposed secrets, and ensuring third-party applications have permission to access the organization data you connect.
    6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse FabHub, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or plan limits, send unlawful or harmful content, abuse email or webhook features, scrape or overload systems, or use FabHub to violate the rights of others. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service, customers, or third parties.
    7. AI and CMS assistance
FabHub may include AI-assisted or CMS-assisted features that help draft, transform, summarize, classify, or publish operational and marketing content. Outputs should be reviewed by you before use. You remain responsible for instructions, source material, final content, and any decisions made using generated assistance.
    8. Third-party services
FabHub integrates with third-party services such as hosting, database, billing, email, analytics, telemetry, support, referral, AI, CMS, and integration providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. FabHub is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
    9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using FabHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that could harm FabHub, customers, or third parties. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice where appropriate.
    10. Disclaimers and liability
FabHub is provided on an as-is and as-available basis except where a separate written agreement says otherwise. To the maximum extent allowed by law, FabHub disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
    11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service, law, or our operations change. Material Terms updates may require renewed acceptance before continued use of FabHub. The date above shows when this public version was last updated.
    12. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Scotland, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Final court and entity wording is deferred until the relevant legal identity details are verified.
    13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@fabhub.app.
